With a reputation for delivering on reliability, speed, and exceptional service, Professional Pallets serves diverse customers across industries such as automotive, manufacturing, distribution, and food and beverage, with a specialization in regional dedicated Class A transportation.
Jim Schwab brings a wealth of leadership experience and invaluable expertise that will amplify Professional Pallet’s current business operations and help position the company for long-term success. Prior to his current role at CrimStone Partners (a Dallas-based private equity firm), Mr. Schwab served for 12 years as President & CEO of Pallet Logistics of America (a CrimStone portfolio company), a manufacturer and recycler of wooden pallets and packaging serving the South-Central United States. Mr. Schwab is also the former Chairman of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association, Chairman of PALNET, and served for 5 years as an officer in the United States Navy.
Mr. Schwab holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with distinction, from the United States Naval Academy, and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University.
