Creating a better bottom line and less packaging
Looking to incorporate a straight wall tote into a returnable packaging solution has been the norm for the last 40 years. Much of the time the tote is holding another piece of packaging, either foam, plastic corrugate, or thermoformed dunnage insert. As a result, customers must deal with two pieces of packaging for one project and often time using two suppliers. Variotech Corporation has two unique thermoformed solutions that will result in eliminating totes, creating one-piece packaging., saving on cost and lead time, as well as packaging complexity which drives packaging loss.
Variotech’s first offering is the line of Bear trays. The Bear tray is a powerful all-around solution for automatic handling and palletized solutions. It is offered in standard AIAG footprints (12×15, 24×15, 24×22, 48×45). It is available in any heigh,t and the footprint can also be customized. The custom height helps create the perfect space needed between totes, resulting in fewer parts shifting out of cavities, shipping extra layers per pallet load, and shipping less air. Collectively, this flexibility results in a better bottom line. Your parts will sit in a custom engineered cavity, shipping with no worry of part damage.
Variotech’s second offering is of Tiger trays. These trays are best used in automated systems. Its modular base frame tool is offered in imperial and metric standard footprints, providing the flexibility to adjust the basic dimensions and height for each unique project. The stack-friendly design also allows them to move easily throughout your manufacturing floor.
Variotech is very familiar with the requirements of the market. and is proud to offer a perfect equipment system from a single source.
