Rengo Subsidiary Tri-Wall Acquires Manufacturer of Heavy Duty Packaging Materials in Spain.
Rengo Co., Ltd. has announced that its consolidated subsidiary, Tri-Wall Limited, has acquired a 100% stake in Gestora Comercial Internacional，S.L.U. (GECOINSA), through Tri-Wall’s wholly owned subsidiary.
GECOINSA and its subsidiaries conduct most of their business in Spain, but also have operations in Portugal and Morocco. They manufacture and sell heavy duty packaging materials including corrugated packaging, wood packaging and pallets, and offer warehouse management and logistics services. According to the GECOINSA website, the company has been in business since 1981. It offers comprehensive logistics and packaging solutions, adapted to the demands of the automotive sector. The company is certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Rengo has developed its heavy-duty packaging materials business, including corrugated packaging globally through the Tri-Wall Group. With the addition of GECOINSA, Rengo’s group network has expanded to the Iberian Peninsula and Morocco. Rengo will continue strengthening its supply system further and respond to more diverse packaging/service needs.
