Nigel Lemmon is an accomplished international executive with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation for global companies.
Brussels, Belgium – Tosca, a leading global reusable plastic packaging and supply chain solutions provider, has appointed Nigel Lemmon as its new Chief Information Officer (CIO).
In this role, Lemmon will lead Tosca’s digital transformation initiatives and leverage technology to enhance services for internal and external stakeholders. He will report directly to Tosca’s Chief Executive Officer, Eric Frank.
Nigel Lemmon is an accomplished international executive with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale digital transformation for global companies. His past positions include Managing Director and CIO at several Fortune 500 firms across Europe, Asia and North America.
Most recently, he served as Group Head of Digital Technology at DO&CO Aktiengesellschaft, where he successfully led an enterprise-wide digital overhaul. Nigel has deep expertise across various sectors like manufacturing, utilities, FMCG, and business services.

Lemmon holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management. When he’s not busy learning about the newest tech, he enjoys scuba diving, rugby and hiking.
In November 2023, Tosca announced the hire of Indy Obhi and Marco González. González was named as the new Managing Director, Central Europe – Downstream. Reporting directly to the EMEA President, Dan Lee, his chief mission was to build upon the customer-centric culture in the EMEA region and further optimize Tosca’s extensive depot network to achieve our growth targets. Obhi was appointed as the new Managing Director for UK and Ireland. Reporting directly to Lee, his chief responsibility was to further enhance Tosca’s UK and Ireland business presence within the market.
