Finding the right pallet or reusable packaging supplier starts with more than a product name. Load requirements, handling conditions, automation, hygiene, return logistics, geographic coverage and expected service life can all influence the choice.
Reusable Packaging News maintains a growing collection of supplier directories and buyers guides covering pallets, reusable transport packaging, load containment and related equipment. Rather than simply compiling company names, the guides provide enough application context to help narrow the field and identify suppliers worth talking to.
Listings are periodically reviewed, but product lines, ownership, manufacturing locations and regional availability can change. Inclusion does not constitute an endorsement, and current specifications and commercial terms should always be confirmed directly with suppliers.

Reusable Transport Packaging Suppliers
Reusable transport packaging extends well beyond pallets. Totes, bulk containers, sleeve packs, IBCs and other reusable assets are typically evaluated around payload, cube utilization, cleaning, durability, collapse ratio and the logistics required to get the empty packaging back.
Reusable Containers & Totes Buyers Guide
Handheld totes, crates, trays and small load carriers support order picking, replenishment, manufacturing, grocery distribution and other closed-loop applications. The guide covers attached-lid, stack-and-nest, straight-wall and collapsible containers, along with automation considerations, major suppliers and reusable container pooling systems.

Bulk Containers & IBC Suppliers
Rigid and collapsible bulk containers support high-volume dry-goods and liquid applications. Depending on the market, sourcing options can include new equipment, reconditioned units, rentals, pooling and fleet-management services.

Sleeve Pack & Pallet Pack Suppliers
Sleeve packs combine a pallet base, collapsible sleeve and top cap to create a returnable bulk shipping system. Empty-return efficiency is one of their principal advantages, along with product protection and the ability to customize interior dunnage.

Machinery & Equipment
Some sourcing decisions extend beyond the packaging itself. Production, washing, repair, inspection and automation equipment can shape how reusable packaging systems perform and how easily they scale.
Presswood Pallet & Block Machinery
The Presswood Pallets, Composite Blocks & Machinery Buyers Guide includes manufacturers of pallet presses, block machines, molds, raw-material preparation systems and complete production lines.
Pallet Manufacturing Machinery
Future coverage will look at equipment such as pallet nailing systems, dismantlers, repair equipment, saw systems and inspection technologies.
Reusable Packaging Washing & Inspection
Washing, drying, inspection and sortation systems play an important role in many reusable packaging programs, particularly in food, grocery and pooled asset networks.
Additional equipment guides will be added as this section expands.
More Supplier Guides
The Suppliers Hub will continue to grow as older RPN directories are refreshed and new categories are developed. Likely additions include RPC suppliers and pooling providers, returnable racks and stillages, custom dunnage, pooling and rental providers, asset tracking technologies and washing and lifecycle services.
The objective is not to build the longest possible directory. RPN is moving toward better-maintained guides that identify active suppliers while providing enough application context to help readers build a meaningful shortlist.
Using the Buyers Guides
A supplier directory is a starting point rather than a specification. The actual operating conditions should drive the decision, including product weight and distribution, forklift or pallet jack use, racking, conveyors, automation, temperature, sanitation, outdoor exposure and expected trip count.
Return logistics can be equally important with reusable packaging. A durable asset can still become expensive if it regularly disappears from the system, while the ability to nest or collapse empty packaging can materially change transportation and storage costs.
Published load ratings and product claims should also be checked against the intended application. Where the investment is significant, a trial with the actual product and handling equipment can reveal issues involving fork entry, deflection, conveyor tracking, nesting, cleaning or damage that are difficult to predict from a catalog.
Suggest a Supplier or Correction
RPN periodically reviews these directories, but the supplier market changes continuously. Companies merge, product lines change and manufacturers expand into new geographic markets.
If a company is missing, an existing listing is incorrect, or a supplier has expanded into a category covered here, please contact RPN with the company name, website, product category and primary geographic markets served.
About the RPN Supplier Guides
