CHEP USA and its sister company LeanLogistics were award winners at the seventh annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service held recently in Las Vegas.
“We are honored to be counted among other world-class organizations that are being recognized for their excellence in customer service,” said Bill Duff, Vice President of Customer Operations at CHEP USA. “At CHEP, one of our core beliefs is that everything begins with the customer. This recognition is living proof that our Customer Care Center is truly living that commitment every day.”
CHEP USA received Silver Stevie Awards for Customer Service Department of the Year: Airlines, Distribution & Transportation and Contact Center of the Year (up to 100 seats); and LeanLogistics received a Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year – Airlines, Distribution & Transportation. Stevie Awards are conferred in four programs: The American Business Awards, The International Business Awards, the Stevie Awards for Women in Business, and the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Honoring organizations of all types and sizes and the people behind them, the Stevies recognize outstanding performances in the workplace worldwide.
The Seventh Annual Stevie Awards mark the second industry recognition CHEP USA Customer Care Center (CCC) has received for outstanding customer service.
