Revolutionary new plastic pallet launched with built-in scales!

You can now make overloading your pallets a thing of the past thanks to Goplasticpallets.com’s revolutionary new APB 1210 heavy duty plastic scale pallet, launched today on 1st April 2016.

The innovative new plastic pallet has scales built into the top deck, which operates a digital display on both sides of the pallet blocks so users can determine the exact weight their pallet is carrying with no risk of overloading it.

If too much weight is loaded onto the pallet, it will trigger an alarm, and a red warning light will appear so that the user can adjust the load.

Tested and certified to the latest health and safety standards, the strong, durable APB 1210 plastic scale pallet measures 1200mm (L) x 1000mm (W) x 160mm (H) and weighs 28kg. It is capable of holding a static load of 6,000kg, a dynamic load of 3,000kg and up to 1,500kg in racking.

Available as standard in blue, the APB 1210 plastic scale pallet comes with a number of options for orders over 500 units. Options include a choice of seven different colours, screen printing with your company logo and RFID inserts.

Ben Messingham, UK Sales Manager for Goplasticpallets.com, said: “Although plastic pallets have specified loading capacities, making them much safer to use than wooden ones, our new plastic scale pallet offers users that extra bit of reassurance that they’re using the pallet within its load limits.”
