PPS Group Announces Steve Penney as New Business Development Manager

As part of its strategic plan to grow the business, reusable transit packaging (RTP) provider PPS has appointed Steve Penney as Business Development Manager.

With many years experience in sales and marketing of plastic pallets and containers, whilst at Mailbox Mouldings, Arca Systems, Craemer UK and more recently rm2SA, Steve’s new role will focus on developing new business for RTP as well as adding valuable support in servicing PPS’s expanding customer base.

In addition to core business activities in the supply chain of food, retail, automotive, engineering and electronic sectors, other areas targeted include pharmaceuticals, healthcare products and any markets requiring high spec load carriers that offer cost and environmental benefits to all users in the supply chain.STEVEPENNEY 2

Established over 11 years ago, with factories based in Measham (PPS Midlands) and Grimsby (PPS East), the Group offer a comprehensive service for returnable transit packaging – renting of product, modern state of the art wash facilities and asset management for equipment pooling.

Accredited to BRC in Storage and Distribution, PPS facilities operate a strict hygiene programme to ensure cleanliness, which is essential to service the standards required by blue chip customers within the food and pharmaceutical industry.
