Plastic Pallets Enjoy Smooth Landing at New Qatar Airport

Ten thousand APB 1210 pool pallets from are being used to transport duty free goods, arriving from all over the world, from the airport’s cargo warehouse to the duty free warehouse, where products are barcoded and stored in the warehouse’s 11,575-bay racking systems, until they are required for display.

“This was a hugely important project for us, on a gigantic scale; the new airport will eventually occupy 29 square kilometres, roughly a third of the size of Doha itself, and have an annual capacity of 50 million passengers!

“As we gear up to the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup, we’re expecting a number of major new developments and we would have no hesitation in working with again.”
