PECO Pallet has been named to Inbound Logistics magazine’s 2026 Green 75 list, marking the sixth consecutive year the pallet pooling provider has received the recognition.

The annual Green 75 awards highlight companies that demonstrate environmental stewardship through their supply chain and logistics operations. According to Inbound Logistics, several hundred organizations submit nominations each year, with editors selecting 75 companies based on their sustainability initiatives and overall environmental performance.
“This recognition reflects a growing focus across supply chains on reducing waste while improving operational performance,” said Felecia Stratton, editor and associate publisher of Inbound Logistics. She noted that many of this year’s winners view sustainability as a core business strategy rather than a standalone environmental program.
For PECO, the award underscores the role that pallet pooling can play in supporting circular supply chain practices. The company’s red block pallets are designed for repeated use, repair and recovery, extending asset life and reducing the need for single-use alternatives.
“At PECO, sustainability goes hand in hand with the quality, reliability and service our customers depend on,” said Joe Dagnese, PECO’s chief executive officer. “Our operating model is built on consistent investment, strong network stability and disciplined operations that help ensure reliable supply, quality pallets and long-term value for our customers.”
Beyond pallet reuse, PECO pointed to initiatives including pallet repair, recycling, transportation optimization and landfill diversion as contributors to its sustainability efforts. Such practices are intended to extend pallet life cycles, reduce waste generation and lower transportation-related emissions.
The recognition comes as many consumer goods companies continue to examine ways to reduce environmental impacts across their supply chains. Reusable transport packaging systems, including pooled pallets, have increasingly been positioned as one strategy for improving resource efficiency while maintaining operational performance.
Based in Itasca, Illinois, PECO supplies tens of millions of pooled block pallets annually through a network serving customers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
