Alexandria, VA – October 20, 2020 – The Pallet Foundation has announced a rebranding that includes a new logo and website. The website design allows users to quickly find the latest research projects results, from the landmark Landfill Avoidance Study and Economic Impact Study to the upcoming release of the Environmental Product Declaration for Wood Pallets.
“The timing was right. With the Environmental Product Declaration, we decided to update our brand to clearly share our vision, demonstrate our unwavering commitment to the wooden packaging industry, reinforce the environmental attributes of wooden pallets, and advance safety throughout the supply chain,” commented Bob Wenner, Chair of the Pallet Foundation.
“The new logo and colors, connect the sustainability element to the product that truly moves the world — the wooden pallet. Color is an essential feature that defines a brand image. We chose warm colors that connect the product with the environment,” commented Brent McClendon, Pallet Foundation Secretary.
“It was important for us to make information regarding our projects easily accessible for our current and prospective donors. Our goal with the website is to provide our visitors with a user-friendly experience to learn about the work of the Pallet Foundation, and to browse information based on their own choice,” added McClendon. “Our projects page is only a sampling of our work these past few decades, and further demonstrate our commitment to advance this industry.”
The projects page also explores each undertaking of the Pallet Foundation and its critical role in the wood packaging industry. The new website also includes fundraising activities under the Events page and donor recognition.
“We are better positioned to advance the industry because of the tremendous support of our donors,” added Bob Wenner, Chairman of the Pallet Foundation. “We are very excited about the new projects to be announced in the following weeks.”
The Pallet Foundation stays focused on research, education, environment, and technology advancements remain as a forerunner.
The new website is accessible at www.PalletFoundation.org.
