Conner Industries has appointed packaging veteran Kevin Kenjarski as Chief Revenue Officer, unifying sales and key accounts to accelerate growth across its wood, foam, corrugate, and plastics solutions for industrial customers.

Conner Industries has appointed packaging veteran Kevin Kenjarski as Chief Revenue Officer, tasking him with scaling revenue across the company’s wood, foam, corrugate, and plastics businesses.
Fort Worth-based Conner said Kenjarski will lead sales, key accounts, commercial operations, and pipeline development, working closely with the company’s Industrial Packaging Division as demand grows in transportation and protective-packaging applications, including defense, aerospace, manufacturing, and general industrial markets.
Kenjarski brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership in packaging. He most recently served in senior roles at Smurfit WestRock, and previously held leadership posts at Pretium Packaging and Clondalkin Group, with a track record of revenue and profit growth.
Kenjarski: Background in driving profitable growth
Conner CEO David Dixon said Kenjarski’s background building high-performing commercial teams and “driving profitable growth in complex packaging categories” fit the company’s next phase, noting the CRO will align revenue teams around disciplined execution and key-account expansion.
Kenjarski added that Conner’s single-source positioning—pairing industrial wood expertise with multi-material packaging—was a key draw, and that he aims to bring “data-driven commercial rigor to every deal” while deepening customer relationships.
The appointment follows a period of expansion for Conner’s packaging platform, including the recent growth of its Guardian Packaging facility and the acquisition of Kirkland Sales Inc., moves that broaden the company’s national footprint and solutions mix.
