MONTREAL, CANADA – The Global Wood Packaging Forum (GWPF) recently announced the upcoming Interpal 2023 Conference. The event, scheduled from October 3rd to October 5th, will take place in the city of Montreal, Canada. The Canadian Wood Pallet and Container Association (CWPCA) and the National Wooden Pallet & Container Association (NWPCA) are set to host the conference. This conference, held every four years, assembles global innovators, industry professionals, and leaders to converse on the most recent developments and trends in the wood packaging domain.
“Interpal isn’t just a conference. It showcases the global wood packaging industry. The plant tours especially are real-time examples of innovation and sustainability, demonstrating what our industry has to offer,” states Scott Geffros, General Manager and HT Program Certification Manager of the Canadian Wood Pallet & Container Association.
The conference agenda includes keynote speeches, educational sessions tailored to the wood pallet and packaging industry, and Herwood, Interco, and LCN plant tours. It allows four hundred attendees to network, exchange best practices, discuss emerging technologies, and devise new business strategies to propel the industry.
“We are excited to co-host this event with CWPCA. Our industry plays an essential role in supply chain resiliency and advancing global sustainability solutions. We are proud to unify the global packaging community through events like Interpal,” expresses Brent McClendon, President and CEO of the National Wooden Pallet & Container Association.
