DMLogic Announces Integration with European Repository Systems

The latest version of STEPLogic Trace expands serialization capabilities to the EU

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Aug. 13, 2019 – DMLogic, LLC, experts in warehouse management systems, announces the 6.3 version of STEPLogic Trace, a comprehensive, traceability solution that enables track and trace of prescription drugs across the supply chain. While STEPLogic Trace has always met the requirements of the Drug Supply Chain Safety Act (DSCSA), it now also meets requirements of the European Falsified Medicine Directive (FMD) and integrates directly with European repository systems including the German NGDA/securPharm NMVS solution. Additionally, STEPLogic Trace is FMD compliant for the remainder of the participating countries through integration with the Arvato and Solidsoft NMVS solutions.

STEPLogic Trace was designed to manage an unlimited level of aggregation of serial numbers in a parent-child relationship, creating efficiencies in managing large volumes of data without compromising quality. STEPLogic Trace can support unlimited levels of aggregation, maintaining the appropriate parent/child relationship even when packaging schemes change. The EPCIS Integrator in STEPLogic Trace enables our customers to manage and configure the inbound and outbound transmission of serial numbers among trading partners and with leading repositories systems, including Axway, Tracelink and Arvato.

Version 6.3 of STEPLogic Trace offers the WMS Connector which allows for easy integration with virtually any WMS on the market, homegrown or legacy system. STEPLogic Trace was constructed to support a cloud deployment through the system can be deployed on customers’ servers. STEPLogic Trace runs on both Oracle and SQL Server databases, providing customers with maximum scalability and performance, and, is compatible with mobile platforms and leading browsers.

“The addition of the integration platform, WMS Connector, to STEPLogic Traceallows for easy configuration and WMS integration for most WMS systems on the market and legacy systems without writing custom code,” said Lynn Dermott, senior vice president of product management, DMLogic, LLC. “Coupling the WMS Connector with the EPCIS Integration for all the leading repository systems in the US and the EU, STEPLogic Trace offers customers the easiest integration with their partners and software solutions.”

STEPLogic Trace enables companies to connect multiple systems, platforms and trading partners to view the supply chain in its entirety. The system can be configured for progressive support of an operation, from capturing the serials just on the receiving/inbound side and order management/outbound side, or in a fully integrated mode, tracking and recording every transaction involving serial numbers throughout the operation.

About the STEPLogic Software Development Platform
STEPLogic is a software development platform that automates development tasks, replacing them with configuration steps. The product provides the user with the tools to build decision tree navigation so users can enhance their current WMS to meet their specific needs, without changing the core code. User-created dialogues can automatically update the appropriate tables and parameters and provide the user with recommendations. STEPLogic tracks, documents and catalogs customer-specific SQL reports and provides the user-friendly mapping of interfaces between host systems and the WMS. Able to be deployed on mobile devices, all transactions can be verified, and existing processes replicated such as QA, packing instructions and cycle counts. The product can operate with any database system with multi-level security defined by the user.
