CHEP Supports the St. James Cathedral School Second Annual Pumpkin Patch

CHEP, the world’s leading pallet and container pooling company, is supporting the Annual Pumpkin Patch at St. James Cathedral School with pallets and other help for the second year in a row. The pumpkin patch, which is open through October 30, 2011, is the primary fundraising activity to purchase new computers and offer specialty classes for students.

Gerri Gendall, Principal of the St. James Cathedral School, said: “We are pleased CHEP again is a corporate sponsor for the Annual Pumpkin Patch here at St. James Cathedral School. They are helping us help our community in a variety of ways including the support of new specialty classes.”

This past week, CHEP delivered the pallets used to display the pumpkins at St. James Cathedral School.

Bill Pregliasco, Senior Vice President of Market Strategy at CHEP, said: “The St. James Cathedral School Pumpkin Patch is a great fundraiser we’re delighted to be involved with for the second year. At its core, CHEP is a community-focused company and activities like this one are great examples of our efforts to be responsible corporate citizens.”
