CHEP Pallet Thieves Caught Redhanded

July 16, 2011 By Rick LeBlanc Leave a Comment

Here’s one more reminder of the importance of site security, pallet safeguarding, and the importance of good control of reusable assets such as pallets through products such as 2ic Pallets.

In Australia, two forklift drivers were caught stealing pallets from a Brisbane transport company by a co-worker who arrived at work early. The CHEP pallets stolen were valued at $26.50 each, and as such have value on the black market, the court heard.
