CHEP certified as a Top Employer in Europe for third year in a row

Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Spain and UK individually accredited due to excellent employee conditions and HR practices

Weybridge, UK  – CHEP, the supply chain solutions company, has been certified as a 2020 Top Employer in Europe for the third year in a row with UK, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Poland and Ireland being individual accredited by the Top Employers Institute (TEI), a global certifier recognising excellence in employee conditions.

Following validation and an external audit, performance scores are rated against an international standard. The programme recognises leading employers around the world by assessing employee offerings across ten topics, including Talent Strategy & Acquisition, Workplace Planning, Learning & Development, Career & Succession Management, Culture, or Compensation & Benefits.
