Container management provider CAPS moves to larger office facility to accommodate growth, is joined by Brambles sister company CHEP Automotive
CAPS has relocated its head office. To better accommodate its ongoing growth, CAPS (Container and Pooling Solutions) has moved its headquarters to a much larger space within the same industrial park as its previous location in Livonia, Michigan.
For over 15 years, CAPS has been North America’s leading provider of container management services, providing rental, tracking and a full service solution for returnable bulk containers. Despite unsettled economic conditions over the last several years, CAPS’ business and staff continue to grow at an unprecedented pace. As a result, one year ago CAPS initiated a search to find a new building capable of accommodating their growing staff, which has doubled in size over the past two years.
Additionally, CAPS has been joined in this new facility by the Automotive and Industrial Solutions Division of its Brambles sister company, CHEP. In an effort to collaborate to deliver greater value for their customers, both container management teams will now be working out of this new location. Through this collaboration, the CAPS IBC and CHEP Automotive and Industrial teams can offer a more comprehensive suite of containers and leverage synergies to provide the best possible service to their customers.
“The CAPS team is delighted to relocate in conjunction with our sister company, CHEP Automotive and Industrial Solutions,” says CAPS CEO Robert Wiedmaier. “This move will give us greater ability to pursue considerable growth opportunities and allow us to continue to provide the highest level of service to our customers.”
The new address, which became effective as of May 20th, 2013, is as follows:
37564 Amrhein Road, Suite 100
Livonia, MI 48150
This new facility will provide the resources necessary for CAPS to support their food, beverage, personal care, non-hazardous chemical, automotive and general manufacturing customers. To learn more about CAPS’ container management programs, visit www.usecaps.com.
