Innovative, easy to replace, three-piece runner system

Schoeller Allibert plans to launch its AgriMax harvest and storage bin for the U.S. market this summer.

The bin has 13 new additional features and is 100% compatible with the existing market competitor bin. It holds 1,300 pounds and has a volume capacity of 49,603 cubic inches, according to the company.

The new product is expected to become available in July.

“It can be used for any number of vegetables and fruits,” said Mateo Aviles, National Sales Manager for the U.S. and Americas “The AgriMax has superior venting while maintaining the product weight and strength. These vents allow for better airflow to keep the produce fresh longer and provide better control over produce temperature. Also, these enable the AgriMax to drain faster.”

Other featured attributes of the bin include compatibility with the existing market bin, with external dimensions of 47.75 inches long, 47.75 inches wide and 28.5 inches deep. In addition, there are rounded edges inside the bin to help minimize product damage. It has an innovative 3 piece runner system, very easy to replace, and at a lower cost than the existing market bin.

Options are available to accommodate GPS tracking, barcoding, branding and more.

Schoeller Allibert also recently introduced its Combo Fructus® IBC series for liquid handling in the U.S.

The U.S. office of Schoeller Allibert is located in Goodyear, Ariz.
