U.S. Chamber Foundation to Host 2017 Circular Economy and Sustainability Summit, Resiliency Forum

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation Corporate Citizenship Center will host the 2017 Sustainability and Circular Economy Summit, as well as a half-day Resiliency Forum.

The three-day summit will convene public- and private-sector leaders to explore solutions that businesses can implement to turn circular economy aspiration into action. Thought leaders from across sectors and industries will share best practices for waste reduction.

On the sidelines of the summit, the Corporate Citizenship Center will also host a forum, “Promoting Resilience and Cross-Sector Collaboration for a Sustainable Future,” a comprehensive look at the factors that impact a community’s ability to prepare and respond to disasters – and where the private sector can engage in order to support adaptability. More information on the forum is available here.
