RPA Extends Submission Deadline for Excellence in Reusable Packaging Award to June 26
The Reusable Packaging Association has extended the deadline for submissions for its fourth annual Excellence in Reusable Packaging Award to June 26. The award recognizes companies that have developed, supported, or implemented measurable and innovative reusable solutions in a business-to-business supply chain. Non-members as well as members of the RPA are encouraged to enter.
Submissions are judged on the quantifiable environmental and economic benefits of their reusable packaging solutions and services. Two awards are given: one for businesses with revenues less than $25 million, and one for businesses with revenues more than $25 million. The submission form is available on the RPA website reusables.org
Submissions will be reviewed by an independent committee of judges who are not members of the RPA. The judges are: Diana Twede, Ph.D. Professor, Michigan State University; Justin Lehrer, Program Manager, StopWaste.org; Ben Miyares, President, Packaging Management Institute; and Rick LeBlanc, Editor, Packaging Revolution. Each end-user company that completes a submission will receive a free one-year membership to the Reusable Packaging Association.
