The Asset Management Analyst will lead our business in controlling and tracking of our assets, the reusable plastic containers (RPCs) used primarily in the produce industry.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple ongoing projects, embrace new organizational cultures and implement new procedures to manage the overall pool of RPCs minimizing shrinkage and contributing to the ability to lease 100% of the RPCs with improved turns.

Customer & Asset Reconciliation Analyst

IFCO SYSTEMS N.A., Inc. is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Customer & Asset Reconciliation Analyst for our Reusable Plastic Container Division located in Tampa, FL.

The position will be tasked with working with the supply chain team and customers to improve control ratio and improve cycle time by targeting areas of misuse, reuse, and loss as well as maintain control procedures, identify leakages, eliminate misuse, and excessive reuse through regular visitation, maintenance of audit schedule and analysis of key performance metrics for accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem solving skills and resourcefulness. Must have advanced computer knowledge with strong Microsoft Excel skills. The preferred candidate will have SAP knowledge and 2-3 years of experience working in a corporate environment.

Territory Sales Manager

Territory Sales Representative that will be an integral part of our sales expansion in this Midwest Central Valley & Salinas Valley Region, selling Material Handling & Reusable Packaging solutions to large Grower/Shipper & Produce Marketing companies. Position is initially based out of our manufacturing facility located in Los Angeles for the first 6-12 months (housing provided) and then back in the San Joaquin Valley permanently; and overnight travel is approx. 50% (2-3 nights per week in a hotel)

Responsibilities include growing the existing $4.5MM base of business in this CA territory, as well as Hunting -Prospecting, Qualifying leads, Business Development, and Market Development Strategy on New Products. This is a high-growth, high-visibility division with fast upward mobility within the company. We are commitment to hiring the best sales talent, giving them the tools to succeed, and backing it with capital and required support resources.

A 4-yr college degree is required with at least 3-6 years of outside sales experience selling into Agricultural, Industrial Manufacturing, Packaging or Distribution companies. The ideal Sales candidate would be a natural leader, excellent written and verbal communicator, and posses a firm grasp of selling in either a large geographic and/or multi-million dollar territory.
