McNeil Laboratories Response Letter to FDA

In response to FDA requirements, here is the McNeil Laboratories response of Feb 5 2010, released recently by FDA. Of note is that while recommendations are made with respect to heat treatment and a ban on TBP, a more fundamental consideration is the organizational responsiveness to negative consumer feedback about quality issues.
