Brambles delayers its Pallets North America organizational structure

Reorganization sees departure of Kim Rumph from post of President, CHEP Pallets North America, and direct reporting of pooling/Pallecon, recycled pallet, and Canada pallets units to the CEO.

Laura Nador

Brambles Chief Executive Officer, Graham Chipchase, has announced a streamlining of the organizational structure of Brambles’ Pallets North America business, which comprises pooled pallet operations Canada and the USA, the CHEP recycled business and the Pallecon North America business. This follows Brambles’ earlier announcement in February 2017 which detailed a Group-level organizational realignment with a flatter structure aimed at bringing Brambles’ Chief Executive Officer closer to the businesses and enabling greater consistency of approach across the company.

Effective immediately, the following businesses and their respective existing business leaders will report directly to the Brambles CEO:

  • CHEP USA Pooled pallets and Pallecon North America businesses, led by Laura Nador
  • CHEP USA Recycled pallets business, led by Tracy Scott
  • CHEP Pallets Canada business, led by Paola Floris

“With this delayering of our Pallets North America organizational structure, I will be closer to the day to day operations and the leadership of our important North American businesses as we continue to focus on delivering for our customers and shareholders,” Chipchase stated.

Tracy Scott

As a consequence of this organizational change, Kim Rumph, President, CHEP Pallets North America, will leave Brambles with immediate effect.

“Since joining Brambles in February 2006, Kim has held a series of progressively more senior functional and operational roles, both with Group and regional responsibilities,” Chipchase added. “I thank Kim for her dedication and service, and convey our best wishes for the future.”
